WASHINGTON STATE DEMOCRATS CHAIR TINA PODLODOWSKI STATEMENT ON TIM EYMAN’S FORMAL GUBERNATORIAL RACE ANNOUNCEMENT

In response to Tim Eyman’s announcement this morning that he is formally entering the gubernatorial race, Washington State Democratic Party Chair Tina Podlodowski released the following statement:
“Tim Eyman is a crook, a liar, and a grifter whose record of malfeasance includes everything from petty theft to defrauding campaign donors and taking hundreds of thousands of dollars in kickbacks. Since his start in politics, Eyman has made a living off of spreading disinformation to voters on every issue from affirmative action to marriage equality. He is under investigation by Attorney General Bob Ferguson and has been repeatedly held in contempt of court. Nothing about Tim Eyman’s career of deceiving Washington voters makes him fit to run our state.”
